1. General 1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by our dental clinic and the obligations of both the clinic and the patient. 1.2 By availing of any of our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Pricing and Payment 2.1 All prices listed are in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change without prior notice. 2.2 The listed prices cover standard procedures; additional charges may apply based on specific case requirements. 2.3 Full payment must be made at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed upon. 2.4 We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other available payment methods. 2.5 No refunds will be issued for completed services.

3. Appointments and Cancellations 3.1 Patients are required to schedule appointments in advance. 3.2 A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. 3.3 Repeated missed appointments may result in additional charges or refusal of future appointments.

4. Warranty and Guarantees 4.1 Warranty is applicable only to treatments explicitly mentioned in the pricing list. 4.2 Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects in dental prosthetics and does not cover damage due to negligence, accidents, or natural wear and tear. 4.3 Patients must follow all prescribed oral care guidelines to maintain warranty validity.

5. Treatment and Medical Disclaimer 5.1 The success of any dental treatment depends on patient cooperation and individual medical conditions. 5.2 The clinic is not responsible for treatment failure due to non-compliance with post-treatment care instructions. 5.3 Consultation fees are non-refundable and do not guarantee treatment eligibility. 5.4 Certain treatments may require medical clearance before proceeding.

6. Dental Procedures and Risks 6.1 All dental treatments involve some level of risk; the dentist will explain potential risks before proceeding. 6.2 Patients must disclose all medical history and allergies before treatment. 6.3 Invasive procedures such as implants, extractions, and root canals require consent forms to be signed before treatment.

7. Emergency and Follow-Up Care 7.1 Emergency cases will be treated based on availability. 7.2 Follow-up appointments may be required for certain treatments and must be scheduled as recommended.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy 8.1 All patient records and personal information will be kept confidential as per clinic policies and applicable laws. 8.2 We do not share patient details with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

9. Liability and Indemnification 9.1 The clinic is not liable for any unforeseen complications arising post-treatment. 9.2 Patients are responsible for their own oral care and hygiene to ensure the longevity of treatments received.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions 10.1 The clinic reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. 10.2 Continued use of our services after any changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
